The silhouette of a person speaking. Faces left-to-right, with lines demonstrating speech being expelled. Sometimes used in the context of shouting or mansplaining.
Speaking Head was approved as part of Unicode 7.0 in 2014 under the name "Speaking Head in Silhouette" and added to Emoji 1.0 in 2015.
