Google&rsquo;s design is noticeably more cartoon-styled. Microsoft&rsquo;s design was <a href="/microsoft/windows-10/leopard/">previously</a> solid yellowish-brown in color, resembling a cougar or mountain lion.

Leopard

An elephant, the largest land animal on Earth,&nbsp;with a long trunk and, often, tusks. Generally depicted in gray in full profile on all fours facing left, with tusks and prominent ears, as an <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/African_elephant">African</a> (vs. <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asian_elephant">Asian</a>) elephant.

<a href="/google/android-7.0/elephant/">Google</a> and <a href="/facebook/2.0/elephant/">Facebook&rsquo;s</a> elephants were previously blue in color. Samsung&rsquo;s design <a href="/samsung/experience-9.0/elephant/">previously</a> featured a cartoon-styled elephant with a red blanket&nbsp;on its back and blowing a <a href="/red-heart/">red heart</a> from its trunk.

Because the elephant is a symbol of the Republican Party of the United States, it may be used in political contexts

Elephant

A rhinoceros, a large mammal with one or two massive horns on its nose. Generally shown in light gray with two horns, depicted in full profile on all fours or as a rhinoceros head looking left.

Resembles the&nbsp;<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_rhinoceros">white</a> or <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_rhinoceros">black rhinoceros</a>.

Bear Face

A hunk of unspecified meat on a white bone, as associated with cartoon cavepersons&nbsp;or food in anime and manga (Japanese&nbsp;<a href="https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/discussion.php?id=7wnj1oyzr87929sk6yztcllt">ano&nbsp;niku</a>, &ldquo;that meat&rdquo;).

This emoji was shown&nbsp;as a&nbsp;<a href="/google/android-4.4/meat-on-bone/" title="🍖 Meat on Bone on Google Android 4.4">steak&nbsp;</a>in Android 4.4.

Meat on Bone

A cut of uncooked red meat, as a T-bone or rib-eye steak, with the light, white marbling of fat.

May be used for sexual slang.
