Beginning its rollout for select Samsung devices on 30 October 2023, Samsung's One UI 6.0 featured a completely new design style for the majority of the vendor's emojis.

All smiley, food, and animal emoji designs have been revised in this update, as have the majority of the people emojis.

This is the most significant revision of the vendor's emoji set since February 2018's Experience 9.0 update, which introduced a significant number of design revisions that were consistent with those used on other platforms.

This update also introduced support for the 2023 Emoji 15.1 recommendation list.
